Financing

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. If you have concerns regarding the cost of your service, we will work with you to develop an arrangement for payments that fit your budget. As an additional option, we invite you to apply for financing through CareCredit.

Insurance

Our office is out of network for all insurance plans and we do not accept HMOs or Medicare. We accept assignment of benefits from most major insurance companies and will be happy to contact your insurance provider to provide details of your coverage.
